Winter Wishes 2018

For five years, Lawline has participated in the Winter Wishes Program, an annual charity event run by New York Cares. We receive letters from children and adults from locations like schools and shelters describing their wishes this season. In turn, we send gifts with kind words to our holiday penpals. The endearing requests range from toys to clothing, and all were fulfilled.

During the holidays, it’s custom to expect to give something and get something back, but giving without expecting to receive something in return fills one with joy. One of our core values, Care, means we care deeply about people, are receptive to the needs of others, and are always open to lending a hand. It is such a privilege to be able to do this from January to December, no matter the season. ♥
