Can you share your career path leading up to your recent promotion? We’d love to hear about the roles you’ve held, key experiences, and any turning points.
“My career path has been shaped by my love of education. Graduate school was a very influential time for me. I worked as a tutor at Florida State’s Reading and Writing Center, helping students improve their writing, and as a teaching assistant, I led a pre-requisite English class for freshmen and sophomores. It was during this time that I realized my passion for education and discovered I had a knack for planning and executing projects, whether that be lesson plans or my own class projects. After I graduated, Lawline seemed like a natural fit because it balances my love of education with my interest in making things work efficiently.”
How do you envision your new role impacting both our team and Lawline’s future? Are there specific goals or initiatives you're excited to pursue?
“I’m excited for what’s ahead in this role. One of my immediate focuses will be refining our B2B pipelines, making it easier for clients to navigate our system while ensuring our internal processes support growth in a scalable way. I’m also looking forward to optimizing our internal systems to make the course creation process smoother and more efficient. Ultimately, I want my work to help the team operate more effectively and set Lawline and our products up for long-term success.”
Looking ahead, what are your long-term career goals and how does this promotion align with them?
“While I already have a lot of experience in operations, I’m excited to continue developing my skills in project management, leadership, and strategic planning. This promotion gives me the opportunity to take on more complex initiatives, learn new programs, and refine workflows.”
