Lauren and Meredith’s “can-do” attitudes and work ethic are an invaluable resource to Customer Support and have enabled everyone to be more productive and continue to provide the WOW customer support we strive for. They have done a tremendous job in becoming acclimated to FurtherEd by taking all the information thrown at them from customer and coworkers and producing very positive results in all of their tasks.
Meredith has stepped up in assisting with TeachEm while Lauren has proven there is no attorney who will not buy CLE from her. Not only has their work been something to note, but they are an absolute pleasure to work with.
