MICAH: September's Winner of "Driven to Find a Better Way"

A little over a month ago, we took a bit of a risk as a company and did something we knew was costly, but simultaneously imperative for the future of our product and our office space: we decided to knock down a few walls and create a classroom (or, learning lab) to hold our courses.  Micah was given the task of taking the lead on everything from the beginning construction to the final placements of the tables.

Along the way, however, there were many discussions of how to best set the classroom up and going over the details of its arrangement.  In every instance, Micah showed tremendous leadership in both the give and take of ideas, in addition to the trial and error of incoming ideas.

The result of all of this?  If you physically saw a course in the Learning Lab, then you know you witnessed the future of Lawline programs.
