For anyone that does not get to listen to Richard on the phone with customers throughout the day, you are missing out. This guy is having a ball; it's like he's actively participating in a Happiness Competition.
He's so nice to customers, and genuinely engages with them. It's awesome. The developer room seems to be filled with positive energy every time he is on the phone with a customer. It's almost as if he is best buddies with every customer he speaks with.
