On a regular basis Tim takes what we already have and makes it better. He finishes all of his projects at amazing speeds. With his arrival, the Web Development Team has increased productivity and deployed multiple features that would have never seen the light of day. He has helped the company, mainly the Customer Support Department, in improving searches on admin and changing the sign up page.
One week, a customer left a voicemail on ZS&M phones without leaving his name but only his phone number. If Tim didn't add the phone search to the admin, it would have been very difficult to find this person.
