Introducing The Growth Podcast

As part of Lawline Academy, I'm launching my own podcast called The Growth Podcast. I started it because I have a lot of great conversations about growth, self-awareness, and how we show up at work, and I kept thinking other people should be able to hear them. I also have a lot of knowledge I want to share, and a podcast felt like the best way to do that.

The first series is all about TypeCoach, where Lawliners share how their personality type shows up in their day-to-day work. Real conversations with real employees.
