That's not a great experience, and honestly, it's the kind of friction that slows people down in ways that are easy to overlook until you're the one stuck searching. That's exactly why we created, and continue to update, the internal Employee Essentials Guide website. We want to make sure the information you need is always easy to find. **Job Scorecards are now on the site** Previously stored in Trello, job scorecards weren't always easy to locate or track. Now they live directly on the Employee Essentials website, easy to find and clearly showing when they were last updated. Whether you're preparing for a performance conversation, revisiting your own expectations, or onboarding someone new, you shouldn't have to wonder where to look. **All Lawline Loveable sites are now in one place** Employees have been building some genuinely impressive things using Loveable, and now there's one place to see all of it. It's a way to make sure great work actually gets seen and celebrated. At the end of the day, good systems free people up to do their best work. This website is a step in that direction.
