The annual employee engagement survey is officially live!
The survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete and gives us a real, honest look at what's going well and where we can do better. It's one of the most direct ways your feedback shapes how Lawline grows and how we support our team going forward.
Here's the thing about engagement surveys: they're only as valuable as the honesty behind them. A survey full of "everything is fine" responses doesn't help much. What actually moves the needle is when people share what they really think, what's working, what's frustrating, what they wish were different, and what they want more of.
We ask because we genuinely want to know. Not because it's something companies are supposed to do, but because the results directly influence the decisions we make around culture, benefits, development, and more. When we see a trend in the data, we pay attention to it. When something comes up consistently, we take action on it.
