Ball of Questions

Have you ever wonder how your coworkers would answer random questions? Well I have the perfect game for that.

Get a ball, mostly one you used as a child to play kickball or catch.  On that ball write as many random questions you can think of. Get all your co-workers into a circle, then toss the ball to one co-worker. When someone catches the ball,  they must answer the question where ever their right thumb lands on. The point to this exercise was to get to know more about each other. For example, we learned how some would ward off zombies, what someone’s favorite childhood smell was, and what one person strongly believed in. The answers were unique and interesting.

Getting to know more about our great team members was an awesome and fun start to start conversations.
