Culture Book

We hire for culture.  The most important step in growing our business over the last year has been hiring employees who, specifically, will fit into our company culture.  Of course we will hire the candidates who are likable, intelligent, and driven people.  But, most of all, we want to make sure every employee "gets it."  Once we have found someone who can contribute to our team, who can see the big picture of what we are doing here at Lawline, and who you really would enjoy hanging out with on an every day basis, we know we have found the right employee.
