We Won! Healthiest Employers Award

We are so thrilled that Lawline won 2nd place in the small business category of the 2023 Healthiest Employers of New York Award! This award was created to honor organizations dedicated to prioritizing employee well-being. Lawline has consistently championed this commitment, and over the past three years since the pandemic, we have elevated our health and wellness initiatives even further.

Lawline was recognized for championing remote work and recognizing its impact on work-life balance. Every policy and program we have created stems from a place of promoting our employees’ well-being, including fitness allowances, virtual mental health resources, and a supportive parental leave policy and return to work process.

Beyond the tangible benefits, it's our people that truly set the tone. Through regular Employee Support Sessions and employee surveys dedicated to professional development, learning, and DEI, we nurture consistent engagement ensuring that every voice is heard. All of these initiatives have increased employee satisfaction and created a team that feels genuinely valued.
