Welcome to Lawline, Courtney!

We’re thrilled to welcome Courtney to the Lawline team as our newest Learning Solutions Attorney! Courtney brings a unique blend of classroom teaching and courtroom experience– two worlds she’s always been passionate about. When she discovered Lawline, she quickly realized this was a product she could wholeheartedly endorse. Keep reading to learn more about her!

What drew you to Lawline and the Learning Solutions Attorney role?

I have always struggled between identifying as a classroom teacher or a courtroom lawyer. Every time I chose one, I dreamt about being the other. Turns out I can use skills from both roles at Lawline. During the interview process, I signed up for Lawline (I needed the CLEs!). After taking several courses on a wide variety of topics, I knew this was a product I could endorse wholeheartedly.

What are you most excited to work on or learn in your first few months here?

Everything I do starts and ends with people. I am looking forward to talking to everyone and getting to know them better. I am grateful that the onboarding process allows for me to spend time with people outside of the Learning Solutions team. I am also spending time on Slack getting to know more about each of you!

What’s something you’d like people to know about you that they might not expect?

I love all things true crime, paranormal, cults, aliens, and cryptids. I love Last Podcast on the Left and look forward to attending CrimeCon one day.
