Inside Lawline's 2023 Virtual Halloween Bash

Lawline employees celebrated Halloween this year with enthusiasm and a touch of spooky, all from the comfort of our own homes. Our Halloween celebration allowed employees to share fun photos and enjoy each other's company, discussing everything from costume choices to personal Halloween traditions.

The event kicked off during our Culture Club where employees shared their Halloween plans and the creative thought process behind their costumes. It was an opportunity to get a glimpse into their personalities and interests outside of work.

Highlighting the event was the costume contest. In a friendly competition fueled by creativity, colleagues showcased their Halloween spirit. It was Meredith's son, Blake, dressed as little Dwight from "The Office," who won the contest. The decision was made using the most Slack reactions determining the winner.

Through this casual and festive virtual meet-up, we reinforced our commitment to building a strong remote culture. We believe that these events are crucial in developing a sense of belonging, team spirit, and our core value PLAY.  This event is just one of the many ways we ensure that our remote work environment has opportunities for personal connections, no matter where we are.
