Seven months ago with little warning or preparation we were in a bind and our CEO, David Schnurman, asked Rich to move from Customer Service to the Marketing Department. Rich and Casey at that point had to rebuild many of our systems. Since then he has not stopped learning, growing, and working with the team and the company to grow our revenue and make the department a powerhouse. There is a lot do in 2014 and David could not feel more confident with Rich leading the charge.
