JEFF F: October's Winner of "Exuding Optimism"

Jeff has done an incredible job since taking over CPE and has shown a tremendous ability to handle all facets of CPEline.  He handles customer service issues that come over from the CS department, all of the marketing that goes out with any CPE course, works with the developers to make sure every aspect of CPE is correct ton the website (including learning some code on the side) and not to mention the booking of courses and handling of post-production work.

The only aspect of the company we have not seen him dealing with yet on a daily basis is filming a course, which he is scheduled to do next week!
