He gives real life examples of how success is a continuous journey and that success never takes a break. He stated that the main difference between the people that are successful and the people that are not is that the people who are successful continue to improve and find new ways of achieving their success. The people who are not successful either do not try hard enough or achieve success at one point in time and then slack off and fall back.
