The Spinach Stories

This Thursday, Frank made us think about performing above and beyond. The Spinach Story comes from sales consultant and speaker, Jack Daly. It is his way of telling groups he speaks to about going above and beyond the normal customer service and care that is expected.

In our morning meeting today employees viewed the video and broke up into groups of 4. Each group discussed for ten minutes ways in which they or their departments have come up with spinach stories over the last few months.

We came back and shared all of our experiences and ideas together, prompting many employees and managers to be surprised by how many great Spinach Stories we had to share. It is always great to take a few minutes out, hear from your employees how they have gone above and beyond, and then hear new ideas they can put into action today!
