Why do people succeed? Is it because they're smart? Or are they just lucky? Neither. Analyst Richard St. John condenses years of interviews into a slideshow on the real secrets of success. Mike really thinks this applies mainly to Sales, but also believes this can be true for anybody working hard at what they want...
Whether you're working to keep customers happy (Customer Service), working to keep customers (Retention) or whether your just trying to gain some new customers (Sales/Marketing), the more you want something and the harder you work towards it are the best ways to achieve it, and to ULTIMATELY be successful!!
