As we are knee deep into January many people around the world are probably already giving up their New Year's resolution to go to the gym. Why? They get distracted by life. At Lawline.com, we have a corporate gym membership at New York Sports Club with more then 20 people participating. When we first started the membership there was a lot more of us going in groups and working out after work. As it got darker earlier and colder outside, less of us kept this routine alive. I am more guilty then anyone. Bottom line it all starts with your health. If you do not work out on a regular basis it is hard to feel good about yourself. The more you exercise the more positive energy you have and the more productive you are in life.
So let's set a modest goal of every Wednesday night (also know as hump day) and get a group of us together and head to the gym. I will be there tomorrow night (barring another blizzard and lack of snow removal)! Are you with me?
