Good to Great Pt. 2: Rinse your Cottage Cheese

Lawline Staff | September 2, 2010

In this second installment, I'm reviewing Collin's principle of rinsing your cottage cheese.

The concept has to do with creating a culture of discipline. Dave Scott, a 6-time Hawaii Ironman winner, would, on average, run 17 miles , swim nearly 2 miles, and bike 75 miles every single day. Despite all this exercise and the extreme calories he burned, he would still rinse his cottage cheese, one of the staple foods of his diet, every time before he ate it in order to eliminate any excess fat.

Now that is attention to detail!
